Subscription
I would like to sign up for a subscription. How does the onboarding process work?
After you have decided to subscribe, we'll conduct a strategy meeting to better understand your business and your brand awareness needs.
During this meeting, we will also give you access and walk you through your personal content planning dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you opted for the monthly rate, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. If you opted for the yearly rate, you can cancel your subscription 1 year after your initial subscription date.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes! You can sign up for our Starter Plan for free. It features 4 news posts per year, which will give you an idea of the type of content we create and how it performs!
What is the difference between the "Essential Plan" and the "Plus Plan"?
The main difference between both plans is the intensity (i.e the amount of content published per month).
While the Essential Plan is designed to build a solid, constant brand awareness, the Plus Plan enables you to gain more visibility, faster.

What do you mean by "News post"?
A news post is a format we use to share insect companies' latest news with our large audiences. This can be a fundraise, a new technology release, a new product launch and much more!
What do you mean by "Educational post"?
Our educational posts are designed to promote your business indirectly, in a more subtle way. Simply said, they are less "promotional" and focus on providing knowledge to the audience, while making a link with your company's expertise.
What do you mean by "Carousel"?
A carousel is a swipeable post format that allows us to share multiple images, enabling more engaging storytelling and content presentation.
What do you mean by "Educational article"?
Our educational articles are designed to educate target audiences on specific industry-related topcics, such as insect bioconversion, the benefits of insects as pet food ingredients, recent product launches and more. They are posted both on our LinkedIn page and our website, with a link to your company's website.
What do you mean by "Video"?
Our videos - the same way as educational articles - are designed to educate target audiences on specific industry-related topcics, such as insect bioconversion, the benefits of insects as pet food ingredients, recent product launches and more. They are usually 1,5 to 2 minutes long.
Who creates the written and visual content?
Our posts, visuals, written content and video content are all developed 100% in-house (by Alexandre and Rodrigo). We do not outsource any work!
Where will the content be posted?
For all plans, the content developed will be posted on our Insect Academy LinkedIn page.
In the case of educational articles, they will also be featured in our Knowledge Hub, to give you extra exposure.
